What to Expect During Your Reiki Session
Your Reiki treatment takes place in a calm, nurturing space designed to help you completely unwind.
Before your session, your practitioner will have a brief consultation with you to understand your current wellbeing and any specific areas of concern.
During treatment, you’ll lie fully clothed on a comfortable couch or reclining chair while soft music plays in the background. The practitioner will gently place their hands either lightly on, or just above, specific areas of your body to channel healing energy.
