Location:

I work from my a treatment room in Ferndown and have clients come to me from all over the local area including Ringwood, Bournemouth & Poole.

Background:

I’ve always been a big believer in the benefits of holistic therapies to offset the demands of our 21st century Western lifestyles.

Most of us will have experienced the effects that stress places on our wellbeing at one time or another. This can manifest itself in our bodies in various ways, e.g. tension, low mood, digestive issues, insomnia and anxiety.

I first became interested in Reflexology after experiencing it for myself and really enjoying the treatment experience, as well as the positive benefits in the days afterwards.

I had a series of roles within busy corporate environments in London & Southampton and years passed. I loved what I did but the stresses of the office, endless emails and commuting left me feeling that a major change was needed for my future health and happiness.

When the opportunity came for me to study with the Reflexology UK Academy in Bournemouth, I jumped at the chance and have never looked back.

I am so passionate about Reflexology and the way that it can positively impact upon our physical and emotional health.

Taking time out for self-care is so important in our increasingly busy & hectic lives and I look forward to welcoming you to my treatment room very soon.

Standard Reflexology (Feet or Hands) - £35.00

Baby Reflexology – course of 3 sessions. 1 hour per session.

Cost per hour - £35.00.

Up to 7 people can attend and this cost then becomes payable by the group **

**if a hired space is needed, the cost per person could increase.
